The confession from the communion service - 15/09

This week, we revisit the words of the confession for this week:

God who spoke the world into being, forgive us when our words have been careless or without thought. Forgive us when we have spoken but should have kept silence or have been silent when we should have spoken out. Fill our mouths with the flavour of your love that we may speak the words of hope.
