This one hour show features visual artist Maria Rud collaborating with St Giles’ Cathedral’s organist Michael Harris and composer/flautist Dave Heath in a programme that includes J.S.Bach’s Partita in A Minor for solo flute, Heath – Premiere of work for organ and flute, and J.S.Bach’s Passacaglia for Solo Organ. As the music unfolds, Maria’s live visual response is projected onto the Eastern window and surrounding masonry. Art, music, and architecture in full breathtaking synergy.
